findyouapro.com is a website that allows contact between clients and Pros. Clients are looking for a person to help them with a service and Pros are experts in performing certain tasks.
Pros own and perform their services on their own behalf and not on behalf of Find You A Pro. Fees are determined by them based on the service they provide and the duration of the service. Pros may perform work elsewhere independently of offering their services on our website, but clients obtained through our platform and promotion will not be able to obtain such services outside of findyouapro.com. In the event of a breach of this agreement, the Pro and client account will be removed from the website, as well as all related listings.
On our website, customers will be able to view other customers' opinions about Pros and the services they offer. This information is useful to guide the customer on what they are looking for in a Pro, however, this is not a guarantee by Find You A Pro that a Pro's skills or qualifications are assured or suitable.
The client can view all of our services and our Pros before making a decision and we encourage you to do as much research as you can before booking a service.
Find You A Pro is not an employment agency and does not employ Pros. We are not responsible for any tax payments or payroll withholdings of Pros, who assume full and exclusive responsibility for all income tax withholdings and contributions, such as Social Security, to carry out the services advertised on our website.
findyouapro.com aims to promote services that can help many people with some of their daily or training needs. Pros may use their account on the website only for the purpose of advertising real services and with the same intention of helping other people while they perform a task. Before publishing an advertisement on the website, it will be monitored by Find You A Pro, to ensure compliance with the Terms of the same. It may not be used for any other purpose, nor may it be used to maintain contact with clients of the services outside the platform, nor may it be used in language that may harm the sensitivity of another, whether client or Pro. Criticisms about the services will be accepted in a friendly and constructive manner, and will also be reviewed by Find You A Pro with the intention of improving and ensuring appropriate forms of expression.
By accessing the website you represent and warrant that:
-will fully comply with the terms of the Agreement.
-you are at least of legal age in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or are otherwise capable of entering into binding contracts;
-you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into the Agreement (including that you have the right and authority to act on behalf of, and bind to the Agreement, any company or organization on whose behalf you are entering into the Agreement);
-you will only request and/or perform (as applicable) services in a country where our website has a presence;
- will respect the privacy (including but not limited to private, family and domestic life), property and data protection rights of Clients and will not record (whether by video, audio or otherwise) any Service, Client or Pro without the prior written consent of Find You A Pro, the Pro or Client as applicable.
- will act in a professional and responsible manner in their interactions and will fulfill the commitments made to clients. They will be available and punctual at the times agreed with them.
-You will only receive payments by bank transfer or Bizum as agreed upon when registering as a Pro.
-you will use your full name and/or legal business name (as per your government-issued identification and registration documents) and a recent photograph on your profile;
-you will comply with all applicable local, state, provincial, national or international laws in your use of the website.
-you will not use findyouapro.com for the purchase or delivery of alcohol, or any other controlled or illegal substance or service; and
- will ensure that all communications related to the services remain on the website, before, during and after the service. If after the service has been carried out you need to inform the client of something, you can contact us so that we can notify the client at the time.
Pro Conditions:
By registering as a Pro on our website you declare and guarantee:
-you are operating as a sole proprietor, partnership (limited or limited liability), company, corporation or other business entity when using findyouapro.com
- is usually engaged in an activity of the same nature as the services provided to Clients through the website and maintains an independent clientele;
-has the unlimited right to work in the jurisdiction in which he or she performs services;
you will have and maintain (at your own expense) any licenses, permits and/or registrations required by applicable laws that apply to your performance of Tasks (including, as applicable, a business license, business tax registration and/or self-employment certificate);
-has and will maintain all necessary insurance to conduct its business and complete the Tasks;
will respond to invitations promptly; provide timely and high-quality services to its Clients as agreed with them; offer and provide only services for which it has the necessary experience; and perform the services as agreed with its Client in a safe manner; and
- you will immediately notify Find You A Pro in writing if you have any criminal convictions that may be relevant (other than minor parking fines or speeding offences) that have arisen during your use of findyouapro.com
Registration conditions:
You must register and create an account to access and use the Site, providing only accurate and correct information (such as, but not limited to, your name, business name, mailing address, email address, and/or phone number). You agree that you will immediately notify Find You A Pro of any changes to your account information. If you fail to provide and maintain current and accurate information, you may not be able to use the Site and/or Find You A Pro may terminate this Agreement with you. Find You A Pro has the right to prohibit the registration of any person if that person may pose a threat to the security and integrity of the Site, or if such prohibition is necessary to address a business concern.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login, password, and account number provided by you and for all activities that occur using your password or account, even if not authorized by you. Find You A Pro has no control over any Pro's account. You agree to notify Find You A Pro immediately if you suspect that an unauthorized party may be using your password or account on the Website, or any other breach of security.
Service Agreement:
findyouapro.com allows you to find Pros to perform services. Once you have booked a service, you will receive confirmation of the service by email. If you need to make a change, you must notify Find You A Pro by email so that we can inform you, either on behalf of the Pro or the client. If a client cancels a service with less than 4 hours notice, the amount paid for the service will not be refunded. If a Pro cancels the service, you can choose to book again at another date and time or receive a refund.
The client may request, if desired and/or needed, an invoice for their service, which will be requested from the Pro. Find You A Pro is not responsible if the Pro cannot provide it, it is entirely their responsibility.
Rates previously agreed with the client cannot be changed.
Being a Pro is free, you can create ads and we will promote them both on the website and on all our social networks. By accepting these Conditions you authorize Find You A Pro to make use of the images and text provided for the ad, also on Social Networks, in order to promote the service. At the price indicated in the service we will charge the following commissions:
-First 20 services 20% commission.
-Between 21 and 50 services 15% commission.
-Starting from 51 services 10% commission.
Customers can pay using their bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal. No service will be confirmed until Find You A Pro has received the amount for said service. Pros will receive payment for the service once it has been carried out via bank transfer or Bizum.
Discount plans for regular customers may be considered. This will be a joint decision between Find You A Pro, the Pro and the customer. Find You A Pro's commissions do not vary in these cases, so this should be taken into account when applying the discount.
For those customers who are satisfied with a service and want to recommend a Pro to their friends and/or social networks, the Pro may be asked to provide a discount code for people who book said service on behalf of the customer in question. In order to recommend said service and/or Pro, they must indicate the link to our website. Under no circumstances may the Pro's personal information be provided outside of findyouapro.com.
Account cancellation:
In the event of non-compliance with these Terms, Find You A Pro may delete your data and permanently delete your account. If you wish to delete your data, you can notify us in writing by sending an email to info@findyouapro.com and we will respond within a maximum period of 15 days confirming the cancellation of your account and deletion of your data.
Intellectual Property Rights:
findyouapro.com, and all components thereof and content available and/or displayed thereon, is the property of Find You A Pro, except for Pro Generated Content and any third party websites made available on or through the Site. The Protected Material is protected in all formats, media and technologies now known or later developed by national and international laws governing copyright, patents and other proprietary rights. Any use of the Protected Material other than as permitted by the Agreement is expressly prohibited.
If you believe, in good faith, that any material provided on or in connection with the Website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us.
Privacy Policy and GDPR:
We receive, collect and store the following data: Login data such as first and last name, email, password, phone number, details of the service being advertised. Also payment data such as credit or debit card number. We collect this information only to make a transaction work. Contact data is collected to be able to provide support, contact visitors to our website and customers of our services, as well as Pros. In addition, statistical data is created about visitors to our website.
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We will only contact you using the information you provide to notify you about your account, problems, or to resolve them or to collect payment for an outstanding service. We may conduct surveys or questionnaires or send you updated information about Find You A Pro. We may contact you to remind you of the Terms of Agreement for our website and our services. You may receive communications by email or phone.
For cases of in-person home service, we will have to request the client's address, which will be used solely for the provision of said service.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose the information.
